We had to replace our electric heating/cooling system. Smiley’s representative was knowledgeable about electric heating and cooling systems, explained everything to us and was not pushy. The installers arrived and did the installation in one day, explained things to us when we had questions and showed us how to use the new thermostat. Another representative came out a few days later to make adjustments and make the thermostat more user friendly for us. They did a great job!
They came on time, did a super job, cleaned up after, removed all old system parts and truly exceeded my expectations. I will be using them for my extended twice a year maintenance and they have my highest recommendation for all your heating and cooling needs.
