I FOUND MY NEW SPOT!! I'm new to Virginia Beach and have been looking for a salon for a while. I got canceled at the last minute by another salon this morning and Sister's Salon gave me an appointment within the hour! Superb service started with that phone call. When I arrived, I was greeted by friendly staff. I brought along pictures of the color I wanted. The ladies let me know that my neglected hair needed some TLC and I agreed with them.
