Patients feel cared for and not like a number. The doctor is gentle, caring, and compassionate, taking the time to explain procedures and listen to concerns. The staff is courteous and friendly, making patients feel grateful and impressed. Signature Ophthalmology provides genuine care and compassion, with a focus on helping patients with various eye conditions, including dry eye and Glaucoma. The practice is highly recommended for its excellent care and professionalism. Patients appreciate the time taken to evaluate and address their concerns, making them feel valued and supported.
February 2026: 5-stars. Dr. Shenouda performed cataract surgery on my one eye. Every interaction with her has been exceptional—you can tell that Dr. Shenouda LOVES what she does. I admire and trust her completely. She truly cares about her patients.
October 2024: 5-stars. I spoke with Nicole at reception to make my annual appt and mentioned my scary (to me) visual disturbances that happened the night before. She was able to get me in right then for an urgent appt AND schedule me in two weeks for my routine eye exam.
Dr. Shenouda was caring and reassuring that what I experienced was an ocular migraine. She’s always very thoughtful and kind!

Excellent doctor and human! Dr Shenouda opened her office and came in on a holiday weekend to remove a piece of metal from my son’s eye. She was gentle, caring and compassionate and explained the procedure as she went. We cannot thank her enough, we are beyond grateful.
I moved to VB and needed an eye Dr. I found Signature and they were great. Courteous and friendly. Took there time and explained everything they were doing. Highly recommend. The best eye Dr ever. The best staff ever. Others should follow thier example. They are simply the best. Genuine
