Both Michelle and Penny showed the utmost friendliness, expertise, professionalism, and contagious mirth in helping to identify, fit, and purchase my recent pairs of glasses. Thank you for their sterling work and welcoming hospitality at BJs. They make it a more enchanted and inviting place.
Pennylayne was most helpful. She guided me to the frame that worked best for the size and shape of my face and educated me on the different lens that would best suit my prescription. When my glasses arrived, she made sure the fit was perfect!
Appreciate the service from the doctor performing the exam to the ladies assisting with the frame selection. I wasn't sure what to expect since I like my experience at A Best, but I'm definitely pleased with my decision to go to BJ's Optical.
