What a beautiful experience! I attended a Friday morning beach yoga class. With one other student it was a lovely and intimate class setting. Instruction was perfect and really, I couldn't recommend this enough!
Kacie came and met us at our condo on the beach for sunrise yoga and we had a GREAT experience bright and early! For some of us it was our first time and she kept it so easy for us newbies and we left feeling refreshed for a great price and super convenient for us. Thanks so much Kacie! See you next year:)
Fabulous class— I took an incredibly relaxing beach yoga class in Sandbridge last week with Kacie. It was wonderful to hear the ocean while practicing. Each class is different, depending on which animals show up. We admired a group of pelicans fly overhead in the middle of class, and sometimes you can see dolphins playing in the ocean. It’s perfect for all levels, as Kacie offers different options, so everyone in the class is included.
