Avio’n and Dre were absolutely outstanding and I highly recommend them! They were professional, courteous, and knowledgeable from start to finish. They quickly diagnosed the issue as a faulty gasket, replaced it, and recharged the system with nitrogen. In less than 24 hours, my freezer was back to normal and working perfectly. Their expertise, efficiency, and excellent customer service made the entire experience stress-free. Do not use this company!!! Fraudulent. The team came out to repair my ice maker. They did not have to repair both parts. Not only did they charge me for both parts, but they did not deduct the pre-paid portion. I have pictures of proof of the old part and they are refusing to return my money. Horrible customer service fraudulent
They have been here working on my ice maker since August. It is now December. They are continually replacing parts in my ice maker and it continues to perform unsuccessfully and they want me to cover the costs again for their mistakes
