Service Quick, Inc. is a company that provides repair services. They have technicians who are polite, professional, and courteous. Customers report that repairs are done quickly and efficiently, with work completed on the first try. Service Quick has been used by customers for a variety of repairs, including ice makers, gas ovens, and televisions.
They have been here working on my ice maker since August. It is now December. They are continually replacing parts in my ice maker and it continues to perform unsuccessfully and they want me to cover the costs again for their mistakes
Basically a scam service along with Samsung. Samsung refers you to them to handle warranty claims and they charge you $200 before they come out in order to handle a warranty claim. What kind of a warranty service is that! Samsung refrigerators are trash and this service is basically a money grab disguised as a warranty answer for Samsung. I would never recommend buying a Samsung refrigerator to anyone.
Impressively poor service.
Tech refused to install the part he had been sent with.
Tech spoke over me and refused to acknowledge that it made no sense for Samsung to send them the replacement door, and then to send a tech to our home to replace it, only for the tech to then claim the issue was non existent.
We have been dealing with this situation since May.
