I've never had a stylist just as exticed for my hair as I am. The environment is so chill and welcoming. Will definitely come in again for my next color!

I went here to get my hair done, clips were extremely rusted over for a roller set. A box of the clips is like $5. Do better.

Absolutely disgusting. Staff is rude, towels stink like mildew.

I had my hair colored tonight by Lain and I am so happy with the time she took to discuss with me my hair,my expectations as well as what I was looking for in a end result.She and her instructor worked so well together. My hair looks and feels amazing.Leandra Chamblee was such a kind patient and caring learning leader. Both of them were very plesant and it was a great experience.

I am currently a night student suppose to be on my last day. I have currently attended Rudy and Kelly for 2 years now my experience started off wonderful and loved the staff. As I got closer to my graduation date my presence has not been acknowledged by professionals in a business of making future professionals. They have been very unprofessional approving my hours days or even a week after i have put my hours in. I have experienced past students leaving and how hard it was for a “ Learning leader “ or “ Professional “ assigned to Rudy and Kelly to actually do what there title states. With my own experience for a month straight i have tried to contact the professionals in charge of my education for the past 2 years of me going here and see what i have left to finish or work on as it gets closer to my graduation date i first state down with the Manager in charge of all the future professionals ( Ms.Nikki) . WE SAT IN HER OFFICE FOR CLOSE TO 20 minutes discussing hours i have left and what to work on since her colleagues did not approve hours i have posted or even put in hours for my theory. We discussed that i have theory hours left and her words were “ we dont have to have you come up here to finish theory hours for Mrs.Courtney, but we do have 12 hours left for permanent waving which is nit my fault due to the fact they only have ONE PROFESSIONAL ( Mr.B) schedule for us once every other month. In fact they don’t care for the texture girlies at all fyi. Also a few hours left in manicuring and skin care and makeup. For the past 3 weeks i have been working on exactly that not a word from anyone of THE PROFESSIONALS was said to me after i came to them about hours , approving my hours i entered all i received is this person was in class or this person isnt here. RUDY AND KELLY DOESNT GIVE THERE CARE AT ALL TO THE NIGHTS STUDENTS. IF THERE WAS A POLL FOR HOW THE NIGHTS STUDENTS FELT ABOUT TEACHINGS AND PROFESSIONAL BEING VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , AND NOT STANDING TO THE MISSION STATEMENT RUDY AND KELLY HOLDS. PLACING TEACHERS ON THE FLOOR WITH STUDENTS WHO ARE JUST AS CLUELESS AS THE FUTURE PROFESSIONAL STEPPING IN TO THE COSMETOLOGY WORLD ON THERE OWN. This has been expressed to me by several students and also something i experienced hands on for myself all i could do is guide them to Ms.Nikki. Fastfoward to yesterday 2/14/2024 i have 2 hours left after i have completed the hours stated in the conversation with Ms.Nikki to receive a email stated the hours i entered in for monday were reject by Mr.Lee i called the school to speak with him and he said i have to reenter the hours for him to approve them again due to his lack of knowledge on his part after we have already spoke on the only reason i was coming was to complete theory hours i can do on the floor. As i came in Mr.Lee who hasn't spoke to me about any hours decided to send me a email that on my graduation night i will have to come back to do 6 more hours as i was only there to due 2 hours for my last night. The unprofessionalism to not care about speaking with me before but his attitude and abuse of power to come to me on the last day to tell me i have extra hours to do as i already completed my 1500 CONTRACTED HOURS i have no spent an additional 16 hours no one communicated to me about a graduation date , no one communicated with me with any follow ups or anything pertaining my last days here it was like i was left to figure it out in my own nothing about being on top of your education , hours or how you are doing. I have tried to contact the owner Mrs.Joyce several times today only to get that she comes in at 1pm , left s voice mail and called again at 1:30pm only to be told shes not coming in today for me to get to school and shes leaving. Now i would love to give credit to the PROFESSIONAL TEACHERS THAT HAVE GAVE ME EXTRAORDINARY KNOWLEDGE AND HELPED ME EVERY STEP OF THE WAY MRS.LEANDRA AND MS.ASHA.

I completely understand that this is a learning facility- however.. even a school shouldn’t allow students to injure clients. Especially when the client expresses the pain, and the tech says, “thank goodness I was here,” yet doesn’t inform me of the actual injury. Jessica did my perm, and allowed me to receive chemical burns on my ears and hairline by my ears. Unacceptable.

Always go here to get my hair cut and colored. Save a lot of money and very friend staff and students. I’m a loyal guest..

I've been there several times. Always try a new girl but I do it because prices are great and they take there time. They are so cordial courteous and friendly I love them. I've gone here because alot of times they don't deal with men's hair that's why I've always used them
