Wonderful experience start to finish. Starting with the communication before they even got here, Dan continued to inform us as the job went along. Dan really went way above and beyond to fix our problem. Very respectful and professional service. I honestly can’t recommend them enough.
Our tankless water heater stopped working. Google results on the flashing error code showed many possible problems. I called Bertolino Plumbing, told them the issue, sent a photo of my heater, and the man knew exactly what was wrong--a frozen drain pipe on the outside of the house (just a long cold spell). He said all I needed to do was use a blow dryer to melt the ice and that fixed it! Didn't cost me a cent because it was only a few minutes and over the phone. They have a loyal future customer!
