My mom booked me a 90 minute full body massage for my birthday and let me just say, the service was amazing! Shirley was my massage therapist and she was super friendly and very professional. My mom lives out of state and said that this company was extremely easy to work with as far as setting up the appointment for me. I will definitely be coming back!

Renew is not a fancy spa but don't let the simplicity fool you. It is a place where independent contractors come to rent space to perform their services, including massage, facials, etc. There is no receptionist passing out "free" champagne or bottles of water. There is no one selling overpriced beauty products or essential oils. The space is located in a non-descript building off the beaten path. There is significantly less overhead than you would find in the average spa. Therefore the prices are much more reasonable for the same amazing massage I was getting at the pricey and now defunct Wellness Spa I was going to before I found Renew. This has been on my radar to try for a while. I'm glad I did. I was a little skeptical at first because the prices are SO reasonable. However, I was pleasantly surprised. It's beautifully decorated and instantly makes you feel calm and at ease. Noelle was my massage therapist, and she was great. She was very friendly and we chatted the whole 90 minutes. She was very easy to talk to, and she did a good job on my massage. My favorite part was my foot massage. Most MTs skim over my feet even after I tell them it's my FAVORITE part to get massaged.
