RDTTS was out today to fix my DW and Dryer. Shawn was fantastic. He explained what he was doing and answered my questions with patience and understanding. I recommend them anytime!!
Eric came to fix the dryer today! He called ahead to let me know he was on his way. He was very pleasant and immediately put me at ease after having problems and delays with another repair company for the past couple months. He was friendly and explained to me what happened with the dryer. It was tested and fixed before he left. He even threw in some pets for my attention starved cat. Not sure how much everything was since my husband arranged the service. I would recommend using this company again!
I had an issue with the light inside my oven. The company communicated well with appointments and timeline. The technician diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the first try. The bonus is the technician was polite and neat!
