Jake and his team reassured me everything would be throughly fixed and got everything finished beyond my expectations and in a very timely manner. I will recommend Jake and team to everyone I know for these calamities.

They provided services after Hurricane Ian. They misrepresented that insurance had contracted them and would be paying them. They left equipment here for 7 days without advising that insurance only covers dry out for 3 days. they sent us an invoice months later with over $17,000 dollars in services they did not provide. We have been battling with them since June and it is impossible to communicate with anyone in authority who will work with us to resolve. We are at our wits end as to how to get this sorted.

Rainbow was quick to respond to the damage which happened within my Condo from a broken pipe, the owner Sevasti was extremely courteous, understanding, and patient considering I had to use my HOA's insurance company before mine. It was a long wait waiting for the money to come from the insurance, meanwhile during the process I had a project manager which was handling my restoration but was let you and dropped the ball. To get things back on track Jo and Rocky took the reins on the project and set the course straight again was wonderful results.Services: Flood restoration
