When I went in for a lunch haircut I felt like I walked into family. I was greeted and was updated on my appointment status. In the chair I asked for a cleanup and a low fade. My barber said, "trust the process " and began to clean up my kitchen! Man, I walked in 5'11 and left 6'! I am so grateful for my cut, it was so clean, I felt revived! I recently visited Quality Fades Barbershop and was impressed from start to finish. The barber provided attentive, expert service and transformed my look. The attention to detail and commitment to hygiene stood out. The staff were professional and friendly, making me feel welcome. The recommended grooming products were a bonus. I can't recommend Quality Fades enough for a top-quality haircut and overall exceptional experience.

Had an appt on the 14th and knew I wasn't going to be able to make it so I called the number listed on the website on the 13th. I gave the date and time of the appointment I wasn't going to make and the person I spoke to said "got it I'll let them know". On the 14th I got called letting me know I was going to be getting charged for a "no show". Pretty bad customer service.

I have no issue with the quality of the haircut. A little expensive($30) for a touch up with a 30% tip recommended but that was not my biggest issue. The customer service took the majority of the stars away. Not only was the first come first serve rule lost upon the barber, but frequent regulars and friends were allowed to cut the line in front of people that had been waiting there. Sometimes for about an hour. I understand customer loyalty but that was ridiculous.
