Brett misspelled my first name (6 letters!) on the report, and when I emailed him to correct it, no response! This is an extreme example of ignorance- how come he cannot fix it within 2 days, regardless need to be more responsible for what he does (to a customer), unless he just wants the $$$. I am very disappointed, and I am now dealing with a fraudulent credit report as he used my incorrect name with my Social Security. After a year, someone told me it may appear again when someone searches for a credit report, with that incorrect name as (aka ‘******). Sorry, but this is nonsense. Ignorance is not a good sign in service like this. - P.B., November 2025

We bought a home in 2021 and inspector missed several things that cost us thousands. I wouldn’t use this inspector again. Do your own research and hire your own inspector that cares.
