Greg did a great job cleaning the carpets in our new home! We ended up closing earlier than expected and he was able to get me on the books for a full house carpet cleaning with just 3 day notice! He was very transparent with prices and recommendations based on each room. It was a very reasonable price for 9 rooms, 2 complete sets of stairs, and large landings at the top of each set of stairs. I would reccomend precision carpet cleaning to anyone =)

Please do not use this company! The phone number directs you to this guy name Garrett. He came to my rental home to clean the carpet and was very rude and weird. Job was done in 30 minutes, 6 rooms. No stains removed. And CASH only. Even though the business say cards accepted, he only wanted cash.He then sent 4 threatening text messages to my phone that I still have, stating if I give him a bad review he will have me subpoenaed. And lying on my landlords, which I had to tell him, I'm taking these texts to the Sheriff office and getting a restraining order against this man.
