This was our first time at this place and it was my son’s first professional haircut. He is on the spectrum and was a little shy/nervous at first and Andrew made it fun for him and was gentle with him. Also we loved the result!
Domonique is heaven sent! We've had 2 cry free hair cuts after we finally switched to Pigtails & Crewcuts. I cant rave about them enough. Absolutely worth the drive for the best experience.
The staff was very friendly, the establishment was an inviting environment even with as busy as it was. The interaction with the kids was perfect for each age 1yr old, 6 yr old and 8 yrs old.they had a room off to the side which is equipped to be worked in or play and wait in; perfect for our neurodivergent babies that need a bit of silence to play while they wait or even get work done if they prefer the quiet. The packages are definitely worth it at least once every so often to remind the kids as they get older to remember to enjoy themselves. All the way around amazing experience thank you Dominique and Andrew! My three kids will be back.
