We have been coming to this store for years and are always well taken care of. We have 3 glasses wearers in our family. Jennifer took care of us this visit and she was fantastic. She took the time to explain the best options for our particular insurance. The store is clean and welcoming. My only suggestion, I was disappointed in the selection for women's clip on glasses.
Both of my kids have gotten glasses here over the years. Last year we went somewhere else closer to us and had a terrible experience. We won’t make that mistake again. Pearle Vision is definitely worth the extra 30 min drive. Brittany was very helpful finding my picky daughter glasses she loved. The girl that was there when we picked them up was nice and fixed my glasses for me even though I didn’t buy them there. Great service!
Leah and Jennifer were absolutely lovely. They were so incredibly patient, didn't force me into anything, and made sure that we got the best discount we were eligible for. We stopped by on a visit from another installation, and I 10/10 would make that trip again to get another pair of glasses.
Edit: I encountered an issue with my glasses that were mailed to me, and Jennifer immediately problem solved. My mom was able to pick up the new pair and hang on to them for when I was able to visit.
