My wife and I have been using Nimmo Eyecare for almost 15 years. We have always been treated with respect and courtesy. They are professional and have always been able to answer any and all questions. Appointment setting is a breeze and our appointments have always been on time. We have never had any billing issues or any problem with insurance. I wish all business operated as well as them. We recommend them to anyone who wants a local provider who takes the time to do the job right the first time.
I was in the waiting room and witnessed another patient being very rude to the doctor over a charge for a test. The doctor stayed calm, patient, and professional the entire time, clearly explaining everything and even offering alternatives. Despite her kindness, the patient continued to be disrespectful and was eventually asked to find another office.
As the patient left, she threatened to leave a bad review. I just want to say that from what I saw, this optometrist handled the situation with grace and professionalism. She was kind, gentle, and incredibly patient. I would absolutely recommend this office.

I've been going there for around 15+ years and have always been hightly satisified with their work.
