All the staff are very professional and friendly. Especially the door keeper Maureen. She is professional and very friendly. She does a good job directing traffic and making sure folks go down the proper aisle. She has her work cut out, when people don't have any of their records. She keeps things moving and does a great job. Also the prices are way cheaper then other vet clinics. Thanks PAWS for all you do!!
Great job at the veterinarian! This is our 2nd dog here, so we are always happy to return since 2016. We have noticed that the front store check in has changed in the pet store portion - throughly checking our dogs paperwork and a lot of questions before letting us go back to the clinic . These are pets store employees, not clinical staff. We are not comfortable buying from this pet store here due to over surveillance for just looking and try to get to the clinic only.
This place has been a lifesaver! I already buy my dog food here and decided to get my dogs shots and exam here. The staff was incredibly kind and caring. I was going to have to spend 350 at the vet for everything and I walked out of here with shots and followup shots/exam for 100! Definitely worth the time and effort. They deserve 100 stars !
