Very personable staff and was willing to answer any questions or concerns. Communication was great and extremely thorough. I also like that it is a smaller office for a personal feel.
Dr. Bichu and her staff did excellent work. She gave me different options for my situation and a lot of flexibility. Very skilled and knowlegeable. Really one of the best dentist I've ever had. I highly recommend her and the super friendly staff at Partners in Dental Health
Big shout out to the folks at Partners in Dental Health on West Great Neck. The whole gang is fantastic. Jenn at the front desk is very attentive. Submits the insurance claims, books the appts and even works through text messaging. A big plus IMO. Jenna the hygienist is super sweet. Takes her time and is gentle. My gums love it.
Kayla and Darian are the assistants you’d want. Fast. Accurate. Confident. They know when you need to swallow!!
And Doctor Bichu is a kind soul. She really takes her time to explain the situation and tells you what to expect and what she’s doing in your mouth. Not salesy at all. Genuinely concerned about your well-being.
