I love this gym. The instruction is top notch. They are very welcoming to new students. the facility is clean and well maintained. The fees are very reasonable.

Great learning environment. Culture of respect and discipline instilled at all levels. Coaches are all awesome and explain techniques in a very efficient and effective manner.

Just started about a month ago and man do I love it, the training is fun and challenging, but it's worth it cause toward the end of the day you feel really good about yourself and how you were able to push yourself through it.
