Let's be honest, if you go to the NEX for a haircut, you are either a lifer, extremely cheap or it's really close to payday and your Chief yelled at you. 5 stars.

Don’t know why this place has less than 4 stars. I’ve been here for a haircut like 40 times and most times I walk out with a great cut. Staff is friendly as well. Impressive place for the price.Service: Haircut
