Directions to the location can be confusing, but it is easier to find without GPS. Many customers appreciate the affordability of tests, especially when using services like Radiology Assist, which helps reduce costs for those with limited insurance or finances. However, billing can be difficult, as there is no website or patient portal to manage bills, making communication challenging. Overall, it is a reliable place for necessary imaging tests, with a reputation for professionalism and good customer care.
Staff was very efficient and professional. Spouse was a 'walk-in' from a Patient First appt just an hour earlier and he did not have to wait (had a fee of $70 to pay before being seen - but may have just been our insurance type that required it). Directions are a bit confusing (even GPS was a bit off on how to get there) but found their location easier without GPS.
Super nice people, but the billing is a nightmare. There is no website, or patient portal to keep up with bills, so you either call when they’re around, or you’re out of luck. Haven’t seen billing like this in years.
