Andrew is the best! Customer service is top tier! I was going to give 4 stars because their was about a 6 month period where it was difficult to get anyone on the phone. However, he would always call me back in a timely manner. Being able to order my son's contacts from another state and they ship them right to his door has been great. We're stationed in Miami and been ordering from Morgan contacts for 3yrs now, and finding out from the other reviews that the doctor is black makes me feel even better about supporting this business. We never had the pleasure of meeting him but end of this year we may come back and then I can schedule with the doc this time around... read full review
Been coming here for years, left the state and came back and this is the only place I get my eye care. Dr. Morgan has great bedside manner. Easy to talk to and doesn't make you feel dumb about the questions I ask. The staff is also very kind and personable.
Just moved to the area so I had to change optometrist. Dr. Morgan was super knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything. The staff was really fun to chat with and super helpful too. The check-in and check-out processes were a breeze!10/10 ??
