We had a very disappointing experience due to poor communication and lack of follow through. Out of five attempts to reach them, four went unanswered after initial phone conversations, forcing us to repeatedly call just to get a response.
From the beginning, we clearly explained that we had a restricted schedule. Despite this, after completing their form and providing all necessary details, they sent us a schedule that did not align with our availability at all. We had to call again (for the fifth time) to correct their mistake.
At that point, we spoke with Ms. Myles, who assured us she would accommodate our request and follow up by the end of the day. Instead, we received a text message canceling our request and were told to find another driving school after all the prior conversations and time invested. This could have been communicated upfront and saved us significant time and effort.
What made the experience worse was the lack of professionalism in handling the situation. There was no courtesy call, no proper explanation, and no attempt to resolve the issue after canceling. We interacted with three different staff members, all of whom sounded promising on the phone, but none followed through.
While we understand that personal emergencies can happen, this does not excuse the lack of communication and customer service.
Overall, this was a frustrating and time-consuming experience. We would not use their services again and would caution others: if you don’t receive timely follow-up after your initial contact, it’s best to look elsewhere.
