I went to the Princess Ann Location today I give Julian a 10 out of 10... and another 10 for a bonus. I was SUPER tight back was killing me before I got my massage Thanks to Julian I feel like I can do three cartwheels and a backflip. Joking but seriously BOOK with Julian he issssss THE BEST.

Kim was perfect! She really educated me about my body. I went in using a gift card and left as a member. It was a pleasant experience starting with the young lady at the front desk to the time it ended. Self-care is needed. I will be back in two weeks.

Got checked in very quickly and waited in the tranquility room until called back. I got a massage and facial. Massage therapist asked all the right questions and made sure I was comfortable, she engaged in light conversation but not over talkative while relaxing. The esthetician was very knowledgeable and made recommendations for my skin type. Both were very warm and inviting. I have a monthly membership here so I go relatively frequently and have never had a bad experience.
