Extremely rude

Spa is now called "Red Tulip Spa". Weird interior, poor service and a terrible Massage. Oh and the expectation of a tip. Stay away.

Rude and unprofessional behavior. First of all, she overbooked my appointment. When I tried to book an other one, she was unavailable - although we agree, I call her back very soon, I just need a confirmation of my Husband, because of my daughter. When she finally piced up her phone - on the next day only(!), she unexpectedly started to shout with me (although she knew exately, I am pregnant!, and the overbook was her fault), because I called her many times. ?!As she told me, she has right to cancel my appointment, and she recommended, get beck my money (my massage was a gift).
