Extremely rude, I just called trying to get a consult for help with my business and Linda cut me mid sentence and said "WHO GAVE YOU MY NUMBER? It is the middle of May so I'm not taking new clients bye " and hang up on me. Very unprofessional. I, of course will not be making business with this company and if you are trying to, would recommend to not do it either since they are obviously too busy and lack the courtesy and manners to run a business.

Linda was extremely rude and condescending on the phone. We are a military family who moved to the area a year ago hoping for some assistance with our taxes. I explained our situation and she said she did not want to get involved. She acted very annoyed at me. I do not write reviews often but I have never been treated so rudely on the phone by another person.
