so far i can't recommend anything. today was my first ever visit for check up, X-rays, etc. be back in a few days for teeth cleaning. it is very nice office and great location for me and they take my insurance to a degree. we will see how it goes.
Every aspect of this was pleasant as possible from being checked in promptly and politely. The whole atmosphere is upbeat and everyone is professional. They all are extremely nice and helpful all the way to being checked out and reminded of future appointments. I’ve never had an experience this night ever in Hampton Roads! They didn’t pay me to write this, but thanks from me and my family for all you do.
Have had nothing short of a pleasant experience every time Ive gone in. The entire staff is amazing, but I want to give a special shoutout to Victoria. I’ve had dental anxiety for years now, and was very nervous about my initial visit at Lakeshore. Victoria made me feel so comfortable and was really patient with answering my questions.
