I’ve had many waxes but love Ksenia’s! Sarah is amazing! She is gentle and very knowledgeable! She is always sweet and ready to answer my questions. She is very honest about the effectiveness of certain treatments on melanated skin. I trust her recommendations and have seen results (intimate bleaching. A lot places try to push products but I’ve never had that experience at Ksenia’s. Also the owner (Ksenia) is inviting and friendly. The suite is beautiful, bright, and clean. The new location (Newton & Virginia Beach Blvd) is central and easy to get to. If you’re looking for quality, honest, and effective skin care, please book! I am thinking about getting the laser hair removal for my chin (yikes). I’ll post updates when I actually get it done.

I get a variety of waxing services here and have had a great experience with Jessica R each time I come! She always makes me feel comfortable and at ease at each appointment. She’s friendly and knowledgeable and would highly recommend her and the Ksenia Salon!

I originally left a not-so-good review after my first experience, and honestly, I did not think I would come back. But Ksenia, the owner, personally reached out to me and sincerely asked for a second opportunity to make things right. At first I didn’t even want to bother, but she insisted, and I am SO incredibly glad I gave it another chance.

This time was completely different.

I had the ThermoSmooth treatment again, but this experience was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Ksenia is truly a wonderful human being. She is EXTREMELY knowledgeable about skin and took so much time explaining things, giving me recommendations specifically for my skin concerns, and making me feel genuinely cared for. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and really wants her clients to feel beautiful and confident.

She treated me like a princess. She was delicate, kind, patient, and so attentive the entire time. The atmosphere felt relaxing, warm, and luxurious — exactly the experience I was hoping for originally.

When I left today, my skin felt tight, plump, healthy, refreshed, and glowing. I could honestly feel and see a huge difference in my face compared to when I walked in. I left feeling pampered, cared for, and truly happy.

Thank you so much, Ksenia, for bringing me back and completely changing my experience. I’m so grateful I returned. I already scheduled a Signature Facial with her for next month and I genuinely cannot wait. I’m looking forward to building a long relationship with her and continuing my skincare journey in her hands.

As a first-timer for a Brazilian, I was honestly a little nervous—but Sarah made me feel completely comfortable from the moment I walked in. She was so personable, professional, and made the entire experience way easier than I expected. I can’t recommend her enough!
I also had a facial with Alexis, and she was absolutely amazing. She took the time to explain everything, gave super helpful skincare advice, and even went the extra mile by texting me after I left with detailed instructions on how to take care of my skin. That level of care really stood out to me.
