Where do I start! First off Rebekah is AMAZING and a life saver. Honestly I walked in feel soooo tense and exhausted from my pain. She worked her magic and had me walking off the table pain free. I genuinely want to thank her for helping me and easing my pain. She’s extremely knowledgeable and recommended certain techniques which I am so glad she did. Thank you REBEKAH!!!
I can’t speak highly enough about my experience with Erin. I appreciate the detailed profiles of each therapist on the website, it made picking the right one for me easy and I feel like she was the best fit for my needs. I like the sauna massage combo, it’s the best. The sauna is in the room and they provide towels for easy clean up before your massage. But Erin’s strength, technique, and knowledge is unmatched. I get massages regularly but when I get on her table I know she is going to find the source and work it out. After each visit I feel like I’ve done something really nice for myself. The office is very clean, quiet and convenient. Highly recommend.
Hands down the best place to get a sports therapy massage in Virginia Beach. I’ve been to multiple clinics in the area, and after one session with Lisa I decided not to go anywhere else. Lisa is a pro! I always leave feeling relaxed and ready for the week.
