Very crude old owner,I had to go back because she did not finish my child pants on the other side and when I come back she was upset and walked away from me and didn’t say anything when I asked when do I come back for pick up,she just said it’s in the receipt and walk away .

If I could give zero stars, I would. Do not go here, even as a last resort. The owner was extremely rude and even rolled her eyes when I asked about alterations. She acted like she didn’t want to do her job, constantly complained, and said she didn’t have enough time. I honestly wish she had just said she couldn’t do it in time instead of being so rude.
When I asked about a specific alteration, she outright said she didn’t want to do it and claimed it was “too difficult.” I don’t see how adding a skirt/pants hook is that complicated. Even if she couldn’t do it, I wish she had just said so instead of complaining and giving attitude.
I even brought my sister with me because she thought I was overreacting, but even she noticed how unnecessarily rude the owner was.
On top of that, the pricing is outrageous. I was charged $96 just to add a skirt/pants hook not even including dry cleaning. If you can, I strongly suggest going somewhere else.

Did a good job in putting new patches on my uniform. Dry cleaning was good as well.

They charge the different price every visit. Also, very rude. They should be thankful when you bring 20 shirts and pants regularly. Be nice!
