I have worked in the property management industry for close to thirty years. As you can imagine I have met a lot of carpet vendors over the years. When it came time for me to replace my flooring I chose Kelly Karpets simply because their customer service is superior! First, Mark responded quickly and made an appointment to measure the space the next business day. When Mark arrived he had forgotten the carpet samples which really wasn’t a big deal. But Mark being Mark came back within the hour with the samples. But the awesome customer service didn’t stop there. Kelly Karpets (Shea) was a real pleasure to work with during the floors and carpet replacement in my home after the water heater leaked and damaged my home (12/07/2025).. Very responsive, we had our hot water tank leak all over the office and needed to get the carpet replaced asap. Kelly Karpets was excellent in reviewing and measuring the office, providing a quote and installing within days so our tenant could resume operations!
