I am grateful this practice accepted my insurance. First, I've always been treated with the utmost professionalism from check-in until the end of my services. I had chemotherapy the past 3 years and the medication really did a number on my teeth. Thankfully, Dr. Zahir and her team were able to get me right. And didnt judge my situation. My fillings are flawless and you can not tell any work has been done. I was shown before and after pictures. Furthermore, I did not have any issues with my crown or dental procedures. Ideal Smiles dental facility is amazing!!!! The staff are compassionate, caring and professional. They were gentle and kind to my 87 old mom during her procedure. Thank you Dr. Britten and hygienist Rose for your support and professionalism. Thank you sooo much.
Ideal smile is great came on to have all teeth extracted was scared to death after nurse told me no gas and don't put u to sleep that's what i got in the past . Had to prepare myself they rub some numbing medicine on my gums let it set a few minutes then injected some medicine i felt nothing next thing all teeth was out and i felt nothing but stupid because i was scared for nothing. Iam 65 years old and recommend Ideals smile
