They are competent and pleasant. We have used their services for over fifteen years and except for once, we have always been satisfied. They will do their best to ensure your pet has excellent care. If it were possible, I would give them 4.5 stars. ?

We are trying to navigate the process of moving our cat to Hawaii, which is a little extra complicated due to strict rabies protocols. We had been bounced around and referred to a few different vets, and were finally referred to a short list that included Hope Springs.I am SO glad we ended up here- everyone has been so kind and helpful, and we finally feel like we are on the right track and aren't going to be scrambling to get everything completed in time for our move. Everyone, from the ladies at reception to the vet herself, has been so knowledgeable and helpful with the process. I was also so impressed with how nice the office is! The vet as well as staff were super helpful and very informative. My wife and I took our 13 year old poodle in for an ear infection and they helped us a lot as well as giving us estimates for the other services they offer. They also do accept care credit credit cards and offer payment plans if needed.
