I cannot express enough gratitude to for the care, compassion, and professionalism they showed during such a difficult time. From the first call to the final service, the staff was incredibly supportive, respectful, and attentive to every detail. On site manager Ron, did very commendable work. They handled everything with such grace. Every step of the process was handled with the utmost dignity. Highly recommend without hesitation.
Recently we had my grandfather’s service here. The grounds are well kept, however we had a strange interaction entering the building. After the usher opened the door for my wife and kids, we entered the building and stopped just a few feet once inside to tie my son’s shoe. The usher then proceeded to begin clipping his fingernails. Meanwhile, as I’m tying shoelaces, nail clippings are flying at us. I looked up at my wife to confirm I wasn’t hallucinating. Her look of disgust confirmed the reality of this older man conducting basic hygiene in the middle of my grandfather’s memorial service. The staff were all pleasant , very helpful and even went above and beyond to make this sadness of grief tolerable for the entire family We were lucky to have found a group of people who are compassionate and supportive to work with us .
