I had my hair cut by Alexia today. I was absolutely delighted. She was not only very skilled at her job, but also friendly and very attentive. She knew exactly what she was doing. She’s brilliant at both making you happy and giving you the haircut you want. From now on, I’ll be entrusting my hair to Alexia. Thank Alexia so much ?

Ive been going to Heirloom for almost 6 years. Ive been to many of their stylists during this time and they all do amazing. I get different things done each time but mostly color, roots, baylage and more. They listen, actually care about the health of your hair, and give realistic advice. The thing I love most about heirloom is the environment and the end results are always flawless and they do NOT let you leave unless it is. If youve ever been scarred by a hairdresser, this place makes you feel so at ease and like youre in the best hands possible. Client for life! Five stars all the way.

First of all, I haven’t had a haircut in over two years. Yeah, my girl’s got hair PTSD. Caitlyn? She’s a damn mastermind. She listens, she’s blunt, & she doesn’t sugarcoat a thing & that’s exactly how I like my stylist. I don’t need coddling, I need the truth with a side of “sit down, you needed this.” Offense is a choice, right? She basically performed CPR on my hair. Brought it back from the dead. lol I walked in looking like “before” and walked out like “don’t talk to me unless you booked with Caitlyn too.” Do yourself a favor: go get your haircut.
