Called for a second opinion on an issue and everyone from scheduling to the tech was amazing. Our tech, Troy, really went above and beyond to explain the issue and the system to us. He even cleaned up some things the other company left. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a solid HVAC company!

This is my 2nd time calling hats off and both times they were on time and did a great job. This time the heat wouldn't come on but when they turned on the heat it worked! I was a bit nervous this problem would return and I'd need to get them back out. Luckily he took the time to power things off and back on, this time it didn't heat, I knew it wasn't just me. He found the problem to be a bad wire/connection and fixed it quickly.
