I cannot rave enough about the exceptional across the board service that we received from Hats Off. Unfortunately, we owned our home for only 6 days when the furnace broke right before the holidays. While undoubtedly there was some stress involved the guys at Hats Off were kind, efficient, and helpful reducing the stress greatly. On the day of the installation they were professional and quick. I feel like they left my garage cleaner then it was before the install. One of the guys even brought our trash cans in from the street when they were finished. I will never look anywhere else for my HVAC needs and you shouldn't either.
Hats Off Heating & Cooling is hands down the best!!!!! Bo is very responsive and was quick to get us quotes for a new HVAC system. He has a zero sales approach, explains everything, and works to get exactly what you need. He identified what would work for our house, quoted out three different brands, and then explained how each system would work for us. His crew, Blake and Chris came a few days later to install everything. Blake and Chris have an above and beyond work ethic, they are extremely professional and didn't stop until the job was done. In one day they removed the entire old system, installed the new one and had it up and running right before the heat hit to make sure we had a running A/C. On the tech side, Hats Off is on point. Donald fully programmed the smart thermostat and didn't leave until we were fully integrated with our smart devices.
