Ms. Reneé is one of the best stylists I’ve ever experienced! She does the best silk press in the 757 so if you natural and want someone to get you right hit Mrs Renee up…. And yes that’s my hair everyone ask me all the time 😘

I have been in search for a good beautician for a long time. I woke up Saturday morning and was determined to find someone. I told myself whoever had space for me it was meant to be. All I can say is Ms. Renee did not disappoint! She actually laid a foundation of getting to know me and my hair before she laid one finger in it. Ms. Renee next statement was, “ what can I do for you, what do you want this hair relationship to look like. I’m about healthy hair so whatever I do I will also need you to do your part.” Whew! Music to my ears I’m about looking good, but I want my hair to be healthy, especially being natural. I told her I wanted a new color, silk press, and to keep my hair healthy above everything. Ms. Renee did an excellent job. Secondly, her shop environment was so nice. Have you ever been to a salon where your stylist is talking to her established clients and you’re just kinda watching things unfold. Not at the Hair Facts! Ms. Renee introduced all of us and we all had really great conversations, as if we had been knowing each other for years. I have never met Ms. Renee a day in my life, no one swayed me to go to her let alone recommended her, it was legitimately organic. If you are in the market to have someone care for you and your hair, come to Hair Facts and ask for Ms. Renee!

Been coming to Renee since I moved here and what I liked is when I first came she asked me questions about my hair as well as what goals I was trying to achieve with my hair. I always feel welcomed come to her and she makes sure all her customers get to know each other like family. She's very knowledgeable about hair and does such a good job with doing natural hair. She did my color yesterday even though I was nervous it came out pretty!!
