Super disappointed. I had been here before and loved the facial and massage i received, so much so that I received a $150 gift card from a friend. Sadly, I just found out that this spa is no longer in business. I have a $150 Gift Card that I can't be used.
It was sort of mediocre. First time experience here and I was hoping for a consultation and facial. There was no real consultation, she just started in on the facial and didn't really explain what she was doing or the products being used. The overall video I got from her was that she'd rather have been elsewhere. The girls at the front desk were nice enough but they forgot to make the tea they offered me. It wasn't at all busy but maybe I got everyone on an off day? All in all disappointing but not terrible.
Massages and facials are awesome. The staff is kind, helpful, and friendly. I always enjoy my time there and feel relaxed and happy afterward. They prepare you a tea after your treatment, too. I have heard that they don't treat their staff very well and that there is a big turnover at the spa in staffing.
