Great Neck has been amazing with all of our dogs. We unfortunately had to put our two dogs down two years ago and they handled both situations so well with sympathy and care. Now that we have a new dog we are experiencing the same level of care! The front desk staff is so nice and helpful and every tech and vet we have seen truly loves our dog Sadie, and because of that, Sadie loves going to the vet and gets so excited when we pull in.

Love that our Vet takes the time to personally call with anything regarding our Pup. Everyone is friendly, personable, & thorough. My doggo has bad anxiety and they do everything possible to make him comfortable. It’s always a great experience going in.

We had an emergency issue, we were not even a current client and you were able to accommodate us and diagnose the issue swiftly. Hennesey is almost back to her old self again thanks to Dusty and Dr Cat! I am soo appreciative of the entire staff, they truly do care for your pet in every way.
