Great Neck Veterinary Clinic provides exceptional care to pets and their owners. The staff is friendly, helpful, and sympathetic, making even difficult situations easier to handle. They take the time to personally call with updates and go above and beyond to make pets comfortable, especially those with anxiety. The clinic offers a welcoming environment, with a designated outdoor waiting area for nervous pups. The team is known for listening carefully and spending more time with clients than other vet clinics, ensuring a thorough and personalized experience. Every visit is a great experience, with a focus on personalized attention and care.
We got an appointment with their new mobile vet service and it was wonderful. I had ankle surgery and can’t drive yet and was so impressed with the service and how much my two dogs loved the experience. The travel fee was very reasonable and it was great all around. I will 100% book that type of appointment again.
Where to begin! My husband is active duty and we’ve lived in six states in 11 years. Great Neck is absolutely my favorite Vet clinic that we’ve had for all of our animals. We have a reactive pitbull and two cats. No matter what service we ask for they’re always extremely kind, patient, and accommodating. We even use the mobile vet for our pittie so we don’t have to bring him into the clinic with all the other dogs. Highly recommend for any of your fur baby needs!
This was an emergency appointment. I was unable to be at the appointment that my boyfriend transported my fur-baby to. My boyfriend placed me on speaker phone and the Vet spoke loudly so I could hear everything. She answered all my questions and listened to all of my concerns. The Staff and Vet were so very kind the entire time prior, during, and after. I will absolutely be using this Vet for all of our future needs with both of our fur-babies from here on out!
