Yay!I've gone to expensive salons the past few years, just trying to get one hairstyle: a choppy shoulder length s*** with some bangs. All of them did ok--technically, my hair WAS a medium choppy s**** and it was always well done. But none of them would go quite as "naturally messy" as I wanted. They always played it a little safer than I wanted.I came in yesterday and after I showed her a couple pictures of the vibe I was going for and explained a bit, the lady (I didn't catch her name) immediately got to work. I hadn't gotten my hair professionally cut in WAY too long due to stylists chopping off all my hair in the past. My fears are quelled and I'm very grateful, I wish I had gotten his name so I could sing his praises. THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!! Oh! And this was not only the best haircut I've EVER had, it was the most affordable too.

Love this place when I come to see Krista, today I had a guy that had me in and out of the chair in 2 mins for my bang trim, which is great, but I got a rushed “I been doin this 15 years sweetie, I know what I’m doin” , with the eye roll and minimal time to communicate my trim. Bangs are high anxiety! Shame because I like this location, I felt unwelcome. :/EDIT- I left this review while I was still on site and my son was getting his cut. I received correspondence from the manager within 2 days that insisted they make things right. Thank you, Great Clips, for listening to customers and doing us right.
