Convenient. Haircuts are ok. They save your previous style electronically so you don't have to explain too much. Most of the barbers tilt their chair to the side, making it difficult to see how they are progressing, which is a bit frustrating for me. I've complained on a couple of occasions, but they did not listen. One barber sympathizes, so I try going to her.

I had a wonderful experience, and I'll definitely be back! My haircut is very easy to get wrong if the stylist doesn't listen or projects their own preferences, so I'm always hesitant to try out a new place, but Michelle did a wonderful job and gave me exactly what I wanted. Lots of compliments from my boss and coworkers the next day!

Alicia was fantastic. Methodical, but fantastic. She was very receptive to what I wanted done and what changes I wanted to make along the way.I actually had almost sworn off of Great Clips entirely because of the insanely inconsistent and poor quality cuts I had received recently. But, it was late on a Monday and I had to go into the office the next day, so I didn’t really have any other options. (The procrastination is purely on me.) So I gave them one last chance.
