Staff are polite and professional, with some stylists, like Ruby, being particularly awesome and delivering perfect cuts. A free service called "Clips for Kindness" is available for those with hair loss. Great Clips is convenient, with evening and weekend hours and no appointment necessary. Some stylists, however, may have difficulty getting clients to see their progress due to the chair alignment, leading to some frustration.

Nicole cut my hair and did a phenomenal cut. I immediately loved it. As you know, sometimes you see something off or uneven within the next few days. Not the case here. After a couple of washes and stylings, you can see the real cut, and my satisfaction remains high. She was confident and experienced, and I haven't been this happy about a hair cut in a very long time.

Kristy at Nimmo Parkway Great Clips is hands down the best! I’ve been going to her for as long as they have been open! Friendly and knowledgeable, she never disappoints! A very clean and organized shop! 5 stars!!!!!

I love this location always organized. My regular Stylist is Marisol, She is awesome I love her work and treatment. She makes sure I'm happy so I travel over 40 mins to get to this location. I will follow her anywhere Thank You.
