Just wanted to take a minute to praise this company and Jacob in VB specifically…i may or may not have lost my key, TWICE in December 🫠. When i tell you he called me back within 60 secondsss of me giving my information to the dispatcher i mean, he called RIGHT BACK. On top of being insanely responsive, he immediately came out to cut and program my key- and because i have such experience dealing with his company after last Mont, i can vouch- it wasn’t a one off- both times he had to come out to cut a key, he was out and i was on my way within the hour. The price is VERY reasonable!! I can not say anything bad about my experience, including Jacob being very kind and personable. Also, i did not know anything about this company beyond me googling, “quick, mobile locksmith” - and this company popped up. This is a true honest to God review! They’re/He’s amazing!
I have used Good Lock three times now and EACH time I was only charged what I was quoted…no hidden fees. The customer service was amazing, they were professional friendly and had a new car key made and in my hand within 45 mins of calling them!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Personally won’t use anyone else.
Lost our only key to our truck. I called and was quoted a straight price. Good Lock came to our home within 30 minutes of the call and got us a new key. Highly recommend. Thank you so much!
