Two years ago I started having an issue with my fireplace, not staying lit. I would turn it on and the flames would continually go out and come back on. The company I called the first year replaced the pilot light assembly and it still did the same thing. By the time the part came in and was replaced the season was about over. This fall I called another Company. They finally came out in January. On day one the tech spent two hours trying to diagnose it with no luck. Came back on day two and still could not figure out the problem but thought it may be a part that would cost $850. Someone recommended Gas specialty to me. Justin did the annual service on our gas fireplace. We have had gas fireplaces for many years, this is the best service we have ever had. We are in a “new to us” home, and he walked us thru how to use this fireplace, step by step. I highly recommend this company and Justin.
Pilot light went out. Could not get a relight. Gas Specialty hooked me up with the technician who last serviced my gas fireplace. He called and tried to walk me through a relight. That did not work. However, after he finished his assigned jobs for the day he stopped by and fixed my pilot light problem. Very professional. Really like this company.
