Two years ago I started having an issue with my fireplace, not staying lit. I would turn it on and the flames would continually go out and come back on. The company I called the first year replaced the pilot light assembly and it still did the same thing. By the time the part came in and was replaced the season was about over. This fall I called another Company. They finally came out in January. On day one the tech spent two hours trying to diagnose it with no luck. Came back on day two and still could not figure out the problem but thought it may be a part that would cost $850. Someone recommended Gas specialty to me.
