This is the second time we have used Galactic Air, once for a pretty significant repair, and this time for a moderate repair on a Trane system. Both times have far exceeded expectations! From start to finish, EVERYBODY at Galactic has been fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and are experts at what they do! Galactic’s service is top notch, and pricing is excellent. Thank you for making a stressful (and scorching, lol) time far more bearable!
Prompt and on time. Communication with the company is excellent. Service Tech Wyatt was a pleasure to work with. He explained the who, what, where, when and why for all proposed procedures as well as up front cost estimates.
I called and explained my AC was out and withing 1 hr. a friendly, knowledgeable worker showed up at my door. Had the AC running in less than an hour. Did not over charge and was very good about explaining everything he was doing. Would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone needing AC repair.
