The workers , Cody and Brian along with 2 others helped install my new air handler and AC unit today 4/22/2026. They were friendly and made sure the equipment was set up right before leaving. My ac is running now and cooling the house down. I had a Run Thur AC unit installed. Josh was the employee who came out on Friday to talk with me about the install so we will see how this unit works For now. 5-19-2026 Wyatt came today because my AC was not working well. He fixed the problem and now I have AC in my home and I'm cool!
I have a service plan with galactic air and they efficiently service my air conditioner in the spring and my heater in the fall. Wyatt and his team are always courteous and professional, I recommend them to anyone looking for peace of mind with their hvac system. They are top of the industry, I just wish they serviced appliances!! ?
This is the second time we have used Galactic Air, once for a pretty significant repair, and this time for a moderate repair on a Trane system. Both times have far exceeded expectations! From start to finish, EVERYBODY at Galactic has been fantastic! The staff is extremely friendly, professional, and are experts at what they do! Galactic’s service is top notch, and pricing is excellent. Thank you for making a stressful (and scorching, lol) time far more bearable!
