I highly recommend First Glance Home Inspection to your bank. Mr. Emenaker is very professional and detail oriented. He showed up on time and was very thorough throughout the inspection. He allowed me to walk with him through the inspection and answered any questions, every item that he found a deficiency with. He showed it to me and offered his advice on if it needed to be repaired/replaced by a service professional or if it is something that could be handled as a DIY project. Awesome service! Will definitely use again/recommend as needed. The owner, James, is a fire fighter and honors military families. We had to reschedule our inspection and they were very accommodating.
