Our house suffered from rainwater/flood damage a few months ago. It has been a lengthy process, but the whole crew has been great. Rick and Mike (carpenters) have been doing the last finishing touches on the renovations, and have done a very thorough and excellent job.
I have used ERS twice after having water leaks in my home and both times they have been such a pleasure to work with. This time around the water heater in my attic leaked and they came out the same day to assess the damage and help with getting the insurance process started for the mitigation. Remy, Ray, Corey B, Summer, Paul, Josh, Jocelyn and Makala have all been so wonderful and easy to work with. I work over night so I sleep during the day and they have been fabulous about working around my difficult schedule and have been so helpful with this whole stressful process. I could not recommend ERS enough.
The contents team for Emergency Restoration Services handled my furnishings with professionalism and efficiency. Erica, Dan, Pearl, David and Josh made the experience less stressful by ensuring my questions were answered and I understood what to expect. They demonstrated excellent customer service skills at every interaction and I truly appreciated that. Thank you.
5/29 The demo crew completed their part in my restoration. Ray, Damion, Ethan, Summer, Josh and Steven were so professional and customer service focused they made an arduous process a bit less arduous. As a customer I appreciated their pleasant and personal approach. Thank you.
